We can answer inquiries made through the Contact Form in Japanese, English, or Chinese.
We can respond to calls in either English or Japanese on business days, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. (Japan Standard Time)
Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding any question that you may have, no matter how small. For example, we welcome any questions regarding your Japanese study, such as: “I don’t understand even basic Japanese - can I still study at your school?” We will do our best to answer any other questions that you may have, so that all of our students can feel confident in their decision to come and study with us. Feel free to ask any questions, such as: “What kind of place is Hokkaido? Sapporo?” or “What kind of daily life can I expect in Sapporo?”
